While sourcing organic meat and dairy in Asturias can be challenging, we've made a concerted effort to ensure that 65% of our food budget is dedicated to organic produce, a significant part of which is grown just miles from our doorstep. We prioritize fresh fruits and vegetables from small-scale local producers, ensuring that our guests enjoy the finest, most natural flavours while also supporting sustainable agricultural practices in our region.
