Savor the essence of Asturias: Exclusive dining experiences for our guests

Whilst we are not a restaurant, we love cooking for our guests. With a little notice, we’ll gladly roll up our sleeves and prepare dinner—born not of obligation, but of sheer love for food and the stories it tells. For those who’d rather linger in the stillness of the mountains than venture out in search of a table, we offer two seasonal dining options:
 

El Gran Sueño Dining Experience

SUMMER DINNERS (16 July – 31 August)

  • Tapas and sharing plates (instead of our usual three-course evening menu).
  • Exclusively for guests, served between 8.30pm and 9.30pm.
  • Typical dishes include: tomato salad, gazpacho, local cheeses, jamón ibérico, chorizo, lomo, Spanish omelette (by request).
  • Always served with our homemade sourdough bread.

Bookings: by midday, for a maximum of 6 guests per evening.

Special diets: we’re happy to adapt dishes for vegetarians, vegans or other dietary needs with advance notice.

Service time: 8.30pm to 9.30pm.

REST OF THE YEAR (1 September – 15 July)

  • Set menu: 3 courses, €52.50 per person (drinks not included, 2026 price).
  • Exclusively for guests, served at 8.30pm.
  • Seasonal dishes might include: Cantabrian hake, baked sea bass, rice with prawns or baby squid, Asturcelta pork stew, or a mushroom and nut terrine.
  • Desserts may include: vegan chocolate brownie, rice pudding, custard, cheesecake, or a selection of local cheeses.

Bookings: at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours in advance for Sunday dinners), for a maximum of 6 guests per evening.

Special diets: we’re happy to adapt the menu for vegetarians, vegans or other dietary needs with advance notice.

Service time: 8.30pm.
