Savor the essence of Asturias: Exclusive Dining Experiences at El Gran Sueño
DURING THE SUMMER SEASON WE WILL OFFER ONLY OUR TAPAS AND RACIONES MENU
During High Season, instead of our 3 course set menu, we offer a less formal tapas and raciones menu, which includes tomato salads and gazpachos, local cheeses, cured meats like jamón ibérico and chorizo Joselito, grilled octopus, tortilla de patata (Spanish omelette) and vegetarian and vegan options, all accompanied by our homemade sourdough bread.
For these dinners, please make your reservation by midday. They will be served from 8:30 to 9:30 PM. Kindly note that we will not be able to accommodate guests arriving after 9:30 PM.

Asturias is celebrated for its exceptional cuisine, and at El Gran Sueño, we are ideally situated for guests to discover outstanding local restaurants, including those awarded Michelin stars. While we are not a restaurant, with prior notice, we are delighted to craft an evening meal for you, out of pure passion for food. For those preferring the comfort of our hotel over a drive to local eateries, we offer a delightful 3-course set menu, served at 8:30 PM. Please reserve at least 24 hours in advance to allow us time to source ingredients, and lovingly prepare and cook your meal.
During the rest of the year, though not a typical restaurant, inform us ahead and we will curate a special dinner experience for you, complete with the finesse of fine dining - crisp, freshly pressed tablecloths, napkins, and elegantly set candles. Our main dishes feature local delights like steamed hake from the Bay of Biscay, "gochu asturcelta" (Asturian pork) stew, "corderu xaldu" (Asturian lamb) stew, a wholesome nut loaf, and our homemade falafel, using chickpeas from León. For dessert, indulge in our vegan chocolate brownie or the classic "arroz con leche" (creamy rice pudding). A selection of local cheeses is also available. We happily accommodate vegan, vegetarian and other dietary preferences upon request. Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or special dietary needs.
The cost for our evening meal is €51 per person, excluding drinks. These exclusive dinners are available only to our guests and require a reservation 24 hours in advance. Dinner is served at 8:30 PM.
